I support managing directors in the trade and project business when outstanding receivables strain liquidity and concerns about the company's financial stability grow – but the customer relationship should be maintained .

 

As a bridge builder and neutral interlocutor , I take on the task of clarifying matters with the client, balancing interests, and creating the framework for a viable agreement for both sides.

 

With over 25 years of management experience in the financial sector and as a trained crisis and conflict expert, I do not work through litigation and escalation, but through clear negotiation and rapid solutions.

 

In practice, this allows around 75% of outstanding individual claims to be realized – without cold debt collection, without loss of face and with an open door for further orders .

I support managing directors who have to make decisions that are technically necessary but difficult for other people to accept – for example, in cases of separations, performance issues, or restructuring.

The difficult part is internally supporting it and calmly advocating for it. And yet, sometimes people wait too long – with negative consequences for both people and the company.

 

What are the concrete benefits? Clear decisions have an impact. Decision-makers save an average of around 200 hours of management work per year because iterations and corrections are eliminated. Projects are implemented faster, and responsibilities remain clear. The effect is also evident in the economy: a margin improvement of 2–3% is realistic. Clear communication pays off.

As a communication expert, coach, and business mediator, I combine many years of experience in conflict, team, and leadership work with a precise understanding of language, attitude, and impact.

 

In sparring sessions, I highlight where messages lose clarity, even when everything seems technically sound. I show how words resonate with key personnel, where they create uncertainty, and how leadership communication can be designed to foster accountability rather than letting it fizzle out. With clear language and a clear understanding of one's own impact.

 

The effect: Key personnel gain orientation and security. Employee turnover decreases. Because the departure of a single key person realistically incurs follow-up costs of €50,000 to €150,000 . Clear leadership communication protects people and value creation.
