Conflict competence
implemented sustainably
in 5 steps

With OLIVE®, the simple conflict management system from PROCONSENS.AT, you can introduce a positive conflict culture into your team or company in 5 easy steps. OLIVE® is inspired by the olive branch as a symbol of peace and prosperity.

After attending our seminar on conflict culture, you will be motivated to implement new ideas. But everyday life often makes it difficult to put good intentions into practice. We change that by addressing the end of your seminar as the beginning of implementation and supporting you with efficient tools. This is how conflict culture can flourish.

Observe

Show that you are open to the conflicts and problems of your team members. Seek contact yourself, pay attention to the grapevine and join in with the kitchen gossip. But most importantly: build trust!

Listen

Conflicts require attention. It is important to ask the right questions. What worked well despite the conflict, what do we want and what are we willingto contribute.

Implement

5_transparent.png

Initiate the implementation of the solutions yourself, but involve all team members. This will stimulate the team spirit and everyone will be responsible. Support, but hand over the lead if possible.

Verify

Check whether the proposed solutions are bearing fruit, ie whether the conflict has been resolved and whether the collaboration has produced positive effects. Make adoptions with the team if necessary.

A culture of conflict brings rich fruit. This must be celebrated. Put the team in the spotlight and give them specific praise. Support the positive working atmosphere with a social team activity.

A team is like an olive tree: if the roots are strong and intertwined, the tree can withstand even the strongest storms.

In addition, all participants have the opportunity to exchange experiences.

The groups should not consist of more than 6 people.
