Would you like to share your experiences in dealing with conflicts – openly, honestly and solution-oriented?
For our podcast "Simply honest? Conflicts in everyday work," we are looking for experts from the field who are willing to provide insights into real conflict situations in the workplace.
In anonymized form, of course – because we are not interested in exposing people, but in understanding and learning.
We want to show how conflicts arise, what they do to us – and how they can be resolved constructively.

We are happy to welcome guests from a wide range of industries.
The conflict situations our interviewees bring with them are as diverse as they are lively – sometimes serious, sometimes humorous, but always connected with genuine emotions.
We would be happy to discuss how to best achieve this in a personal, uncomplicated meeting.
How to create your Podcast Episode:
The results of the study “Conflict culture in Austrian companies” are in. One thing is clear right away: employees rate the conflict culture in the workplace much more critically than managers!
300 companies took part in the PROCONSENS.AT study and the findings surprised us. Managers and employees are very open about conflicts and see massive effects on everyday working life.

Preliminary discussion on topics
In a brief preliminary discussion, we'll clarify your issue and the specific conflict. This allows us to prepare specifically and establish the right framework. -
Appointment & Technology
You'll receive a personalized recording appointment and a link to our online studio. Don't worry: You don't need any special equipment—a computer with a microphone and camera is all you need. -
Recording
Please allow 60 minutes for this. After a brief technical briefing, we'll begin recording immediately. The episode will be hosted by Annette Behrendt , accompanied by an experienced conflict expert, either Christiana Scholz or Jürgen Dostal. -
Editing & Approval
The episode will be professionally edited and prepared. You will receive the finished piece for approval before publication. Each episode has a total length of approximately 30 minutes. -
Publication
After your approval, the episode will be published on all major streaming platforms.

We'll provide you with a detailed checklist explaining exactly what to look for during recording and how to optimally prepare.
